About The Position
A warm and active family in Boca Raton is seeking a dedicated and experienced live-in nanny to care for their three young boys. The two older children attend school Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The ideal candidate is nurturing, energetic, and attentive, with a genuine passion for working with young children. They are capable of balancing structure with creativity and are comfortable becoming an integral part of a busy family’s daily life.
Requirements
- Fluent English speaker
- Prior experience caring for multiple young children, including infants
- Ability to maintain a structured yet warm, enriching, and engaging environment
- Candidate needs to sign an NDA
- Dress Code: Scrubs
- Hair pulled back
- Closed toed shoes
- No strong fragrances
Responsibilities
- Prepare children for school each morning (dressing, breakfast, packing essentials)
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and overall care of all three children.
- Support developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities
- Engage children in reading, singing, and creative play
- Establish strong, nurturing relationships with the children
- Maintain consistent routines and schedules
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children
- Clean up after the children (meals, play areas, bedrooms, etc.)
- Assist with light general household cleaning, particularly during travel periods
- Assist with light pet care when needed
Benefits
- Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 (depending on experience)
- 2 weeks paid time off (PTO)
