Responsibilities

Maintain a consistent daily routine centered around structure, engagement, and flexibility for the children.
Assist with breakfast, morning activities, and snacks.
Engage children in playtime, manage lunch, and oversee nap times.
Transition out of care as Mom finishes work.
On Wednesdays, help get the oldest child ready and complete school drop-off.
Ensure smooth running of children's routines through strong communication and collaboration.
Create a supportive and consistent environment for the family.
Follow CDC guidelines and best hygiene practices related to COVID-19.
