About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated caregiver for after-school child care for a 6-year-old. This role involves meeting the child from the bus, providing snacks, engaging in active play, assisting with homework, potentially driving to activities, and possibly meal preparation. The scheduled hours are from 3 PM to 7 PM, four to five days a week, with occasional later evenings due to parents' work schedules. Additional hours will be available during school holidays, half days, and occasional late evenings, with a minimum of 20 hours per week. This is a rewarding position that offers the opportunity to make a difference in children's lives, build meaningful relationships, and work with independence while receiving training and ongoing support.

Requirements

• +1 year child care / babysitting / nanny experience
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED minimum
• Reliable transportation
