Full Time Live In Nanny/Household Manager – Sudbury, MA
About The Position
A father in Sudbury, MA, is seeking a compassionate, proactive live-in nanny and household manager to support his family and serve as a stabilizing, nurturing presence for his two children (ages 8 and 12). The ideal caregiver will provide structured care and guidance for the children while running the day-to-day management of the household. The home is smoke-free and includes one Golden Retriever. This is a full-time, live-in position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM, totaling 40 hours per week. Saturdays and Sundays are days off, though potential for additional paid weekend hours exists if interested.
Requirements
- Prior experience in nanny care, household management, or child development
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
- Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities
- Provide attentive daily care for children, establish gentle discipline and routine, and act as a positive role model and supportive figure.
- Cook breakfast, prepare school lunches, and cook and clean up after dinner daily.
- Handle dishwashing, family laundry, and general household organization.
- Manage home maintenance needs as they arise (e.g., contacting service technicians for repairs like HVAC).
- Let the family's Golden Retriever outside as needed.
