Nanny/Family Assistant
About The Position
Wonderful opportunity for an energetic, upbeat, and dependable Nanny/Family Assistant who enjoys staying active and engaged with children. This busy, athletic family is looking for someone who can bring positive energy to the home, keep the children organized, and become a trusted part of their daily routine. The schedule is flexible based on the family's needs and will include some weekend availability and occasional overnight care when the parents travel. Additional compensation is provided for overnight stays. The family has three children, ages 8–16. This is a great long-term opportunity for a Nanny/Family Assistant looking to become a valued part of an active and welcoming household.
Requirements
- Local to the Pinecrest/Miami area
- Reliable vehicle and excellent driving record
- Confident swimmer
- Comfortable around dogs
Nice To Haves
- Enjoys sports, swimming, outdoor activities, and working with older children
Responsibilities
- School pick-ups/drop-offs and transportation to activities, appointments, and social commitments
- Assist with homework and help keep the children organized
- Plan fun, age-appropriate activities and stay actively engaged with the children
- Maintain schedules and assist with family errands
- Light tidying, children's laundry, and closet organization
- Provide occasional overnight care when parents travel
