About The Position
Jovie Boston is seeking compassionate, proactive, and FUN professionals to join their team as everyday heroes supporting families and seniors. The role involves creating happy and engaging environments, whether through imaginative play with children or providing warmth, laughter, and assistance to seniors. Jovie Boston is hiring for both full-time and part-time positions, looking for individuals who excel at making others feel comfortable, safe, and delighted. The company emphasizes a supportive team environment with opportunities for long-term nanny placements.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of combined experience in childcare, babysitting, nannying, senior care, or similar caregiving roles.
- Commitment to a minimum of 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday, with availability between 7 am - 7 pm.
- At least 18 years old.
- Reliable transportation is a big plus, as travel to different homes is required.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Speak English.

Responsibilities
- Be a reliable, engaging, proactive, and caring person.
- For the kid crew: Play games, read stories, get crafty, and embark on imaginative quests.
- For the senior squad: Provide warm companionship, share conversations, help with light tasks (like making a cup of tea or tidying up), and be a reliable friend for outings and appointments.
