Weekend Nannies/Sitters Needed
About The Position
We are a professional nanny placement agency providing reliable, high-quality childcare to families in our community. Our nannies are W-2 employees placed in active roles that require accountability, responsiveness, and professionalism. We value caregivers who view nannying as meaningful, paid work; not casual or temporary availability. We’re expanding our weekend team to support local churches, community events, and families needing dependable weekend childcare. If you love working with children and want flexible, meaningful weekend opportunities, this role may be a great fit.
Requirements
- Experience caring for infants, toddlers, and school-aged children
- Dependable, professional, and nurturing personality
- Comfort working in group-care settings (church nursery, event care, etc.)
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Clean background check
- Availability on Saturdays and/or Sundays
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, high-quality care in churches, event spaces, or family homes
- Engage children in safe, age-appropriate activities
- Maintain a calm, structured, and positive environment
- Support routines such as snacks, playtime, and transitions
- Communicate clearly with families, church staff, and our agency team
