About The Position
Jovie is seeking caregivers, nannies, and sitters who have a genuine love for children and see childcare as an opportunity to connect, play, and support families. The role involves providing nurturing care for children ages 6 weeks to 13 years, leading age-appropriate activities, maintaining a safe environment, preparing simple meals, tidying play and kitchen areas, and building positive relationships with families. The position offers flexible roles with full-day weekday shifts, date nights, and afternoon shifts serving families in Fort Worth and surrounding communities.
Requirements
- Full-day weekday availability
- Strong childcare skills
- Childcare experience (2 years of professional experience minimum)
- A valid unrestricted DL and reliable insured transportation are required
- Professional references required
Responsibilities
- Provide nurturing care for children ages 6 weeks–13 years
- Lead fun, age-appropriate activities, crafts, and games
- Maintain a safe and engaging environment
- Prepare simple meals and snacks
- Tidy play and kitchen areas with children's help
