Requirements
- BS in Electrical Engineering (PhD preferred)
- 2+ years’ experience in NAND or reliability/product engineering
- Strong self-motivation and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Develop NAND array algorithms with a focus on performance and reliability.
- Improve fab processes to meet target margins.
- Set device conditions for performance/reliability specs.
- Issue design change requests to achieve goals.
- Address issues found in testing and qualification.
- Create test flows to identify failures.
- Build physics models to analyze device behavior.
