About The Position

The Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer is a frontline retail role representing Mondelēz International and its snack brands in stores. The role builds relationships with store teams, stocks shelves, executes displays, and helps ensure products are visible and in stock. The position involves traveling among assigned retail locations, moving products from stock rooms to sales floors, and performing physical merchandising tasks. The primary location is Manchester, Iowa, with secondary locations in Independence, Iowa. Candidates must live within a 25–35 mile range of the primary location. The required schedule is Sunday through Thursday, with a start time between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• Have a positive, professional attitude and be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Be able to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations; mileage is reimbursed.
• Be able to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying of up to 25 pounds, and occasionally push and pull over 50 pounds.
• Be able to perform physical work in a fast-paced environment.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Manchester, Iowa, the primary location.
• Be available to work Sunday through Thursday, starting between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores professionally and provide strong customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Complete daily store visits according to the company’s DSD Merchandising Excellence standards, including capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel, including backroom receivers and store managers, to support brand execution and visibility.
• Order products using an iPad to maintain in-stock shelf and display conditions through Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM-negotiated plans with stores.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team.
• Move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock shelves while following safety and compliance expectations.
