Full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer
About The Position
The Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer is a frontline role representing Mondelēz International in retail stores. The role brings the company’s snack brands to life through customer service, product ordering, shelf stocking, display execution, and relationship-building with store personnel. Merchandisers help keep products visible and in stock, support sales and promotional activity, and communicate store-level information to their RTM and management team. The position involves visiting stores according to a daily schedule, using DMI to capture display photos, and using an iPad and Salesforce to order products. Merchandisers implement promotional displays and negotiated plans, support seasonal sales and product launches, and move products from stockrooms to store shelves. The work is physically active and requires travel between store locations in a personal vehicle. The primary location is Ann Arbor, Michigan, with secondary locations in Saline, Ypsilanti, and Belleville.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
- Be able to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to various store locations.
- Have a positive, professional attitude and be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 pounds; occasionally push and pull over 50 pounds.
- Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
- Be available to work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
- Be available to start at 7:30 a.m.
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Represent Mondelēz in stores professionally and provide customer service to store teams and shoppers.
- Visit stores daily and follow DSD Merchandising Excellence practices, including capturing display photos via DMI.
- Build and maintain relationships with store personnel, including backroom receivers and store managers.
- Order products using an iPad and Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions on shelves and displays.
- Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans.
- Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM.
- Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
- Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team.
- Move products from stockrooms to store floors and stock shelves while following safety and compliance practices.
