About The Position

The NA Brand Manager supports all aspects of the non-alcoholic (NA) brand portfolio within Southern Crown Partners. This role focuses on education, training, and market execution to increase awareness and sales of NA brands. Responsibilities include NA resets, product samplings, festival participation, internal training, market rides, and sales team support. The goal is to grow NA brands within the Southern Crown portfolio.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in brand management, sales, or related field preferred
  • Experience in training or team development a plus

Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal training on NA brands
  • Make daily sales calls on targeted accounts to drive distribution and support new product features and samplings
  • Conduct in-market sampling and staff training
  • Participate in weekly market rides/team sells to educate sales personnel and close distribution gaps
  • Build and maintain relationships within the market
  • Attend all sales segment meetings to provide NA updates, opportunities, feedback, and analysis based on market observations and sales data
  • Provide detailed, structured recaps to NA Brand Director daily and weekly
  • Maintain a driving record during employment in accordance with Southern Crown Partners’ Driving Policy
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
