The candidate(s) selected will be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in the ATMC Metrology Equipment area. This includes maintaining, repairing, upgrading, and monitoring wafer fabrication equipment in Metrology, such as 4-point probe, Atomic Force Microscopy, CDSEM, CD Verity, Film Thickness measurement tools (KLA UVxxPIN), and Defect inspection tools (KLA 8100, SP1, etc.). The tasks involve troubleshooting and repair of electrical/electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, performing scheduled maintenance, consumable changes, and other relevant activities. The role also requires completing documentation and training others on equipment maintenance. The applicant must possess effective written and verbal communication skills, be able to stand for up to 10 hours, occasionally stoop or crawl in confined spaces, and lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
