Stord is looking for an observant, tech-savvy Mystery Shopper to help us evaluate the end-to-end delivery experience for various brands. In this role, you will receive packages at your home, document the "unboxing" process through high-quality photography (and occasionally video), and upload the data for our analysis. We need a self-starter who understands that the "details" are the most important part of the job—from the condition of the shipping tape to the placement of the product inside.

Requirements

• Detail-Oriented: You notice the small things—dented corners, missing packing slips, or premium presentation.
• Equipment: Must have a smartphone with a high-quality camera and a well-lit area to take photos/videos.
• Tech Savvy: Professional-level organization skills using Google Drive.
• Capacity: Comfortable receiving and processing dozens of packages per week.
• Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any company.

Responsibilities

• Receive & Document: Accept multiple weekly deliveries and maintain a clear log of arrivals.
• Detailed Photography: Take high-quality, well-lit photos of the package exterior, internal packaging/inserts, and the product itself.
• Unboxing Videos: Occasionally record your unboxing experience to capture the brand's presentation and any potential points of friction.
• Digital Organization: Upload all media to Google Drive in a timely manner, following specific naming conventions for each brand.
