The Department of Information Technology MyChart Technical Support Specialist is responsible for assisting patients with access to their OSU Wexner Medical Center patient portal accounts. This role includes providing information about the patient portal application, forwarding calls as appropriate, delivering excellent customer service, creating trouble tickets when needed, and activating or resetting patient passwords. The MyChart Technical Support Specialist serves as the primary point of contact by phone for all patient portal support needs while ensuring the protection and confidentiality of patient information.
