The Maintenance (MX) Programs Consultant serves as a subject matter expert within the Performance and Technology Team, supporting MX Programs and the Technical Data Management (TDM) group. This role leads the development and execution of technology strategies and performance metrics that strengthen Southwest’s Maintenance Programs. They’ll partner with groups across Technical Operations, including Engineering, Regulatory Compliance, Performance Teams, and IT, to support safe and reliable aircraft operations and ensure alignment with Company and regulatory requirements. The Maintenance (MX) Programs Consultant contributes to analytics that inform operational decisions, enhancing overall effectiveness and efficiency. Due to the nature of this role, you would be required to work from our Dallas, TX headquarters facility during business hours.
