The position requires strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of utility operations, and hands-on experience supporting enterprise applications in a regulated environment. Responsibilities include administering, monitoring, and maintaining MWM and EAM applications to ensure stable and reliable performance. This role provides Tier 2/3 application support for operations, field, dispatch, and planning teams, involving triage, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis. The analyst will track incidents and service requests in ServiceNow, coordinate resolution with internal teams and vendors, and document fixes and workarounds to prevent recurrence. Key duties also involve executing controlled changes, such as configuration deployments, application upgrades, and patching activities, while ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with utility/IT controls. The role requires writing and optimizing SQL queries for troubleshooting, data validation, and operational reporting, as well as supporting integrations and data flows between MWM/EAM and dependent enterprise systems. Developing and maintaining support documentation, assisting with application installation and troubleshooting on Windows desktops and iOS mobile devices, and conducting user training are also essential functions. The analyst will perform regular system health checks, identify improvement opportunities, assist with new application implementations or major upgrades, and participate in an on-call rotation.
