Wesley Willows is seeking a Memory Wellness Center Well-Being Supervisor to lead our brain health and cognitive wellness programming for Independent Living and Assisted Living/Sheltered Care residents. Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • 2+ years previous experience in a Senior Living or Dementia Care/Rehab setting
  • 2+ years previous experience working with persons living with dementia
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1+ years previous experience providing team leadership, staff supervision, scheduling, coaching, or program oversight
  • Experience facilitating groups, presenting to varied audiences, coordinating events or clinics, and supporting residents and families
  • Computer literacy, including experience in EMR, scheduling, assessment, Canva, and communication platforms
  • Good interpersonal relations with proven communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Must have the ability to interface with residents, family members, employees, and members of the community

Nice To Haves

  • College Degree in Healthcare, Occupational/Physical Therapy, Education, Social Work, or related field
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet organizational requirements for driving a company van or lift bus preferred/required based on assigned duties

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coach Well-Being Coordinators and Associates, including scheduling, onboarding, training, and performance management
  • Lead day-to-day MWC operations: group sessions, one-on-one cognitive coaching, wellness lunches, presentations, and support groups
  • Plan and run annual cognitive assessment clinics and Virtual Dementia Tour trainings, including screening tools like SLUMS and DBAT
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and families, providing cognitive coaching, education, and caregiver support
  • Partner with the Assistant Director of Well-Being to develop, pilot, and scale the Prism Program Portfolio
  • Deliver brain health education and presentations to residents, families, staff, and the community
  • Collaborate across departments (Nursing, Dining, Transportation, Social Services, Sales/Marketing) to support resident well-being
  • Maintain accurate program documentation, budgets, and quality-improvement tracking using approved systems
