About The Position

This role is for a Musketeer, a term used by Red Bull to describe individuals who embody the brand's spirit and are deeply involved in the nightlife and event scene. The position requires an unwavering enthusiasm for the nightlife environment, a passion for the brand, and an entrepreneurial spirit to work independently. In return, it offers a challenging and highly diversified position within an ambitious team.

Requirements

  • Established contacts within the industry, or the ability and desire to make them quickly and smoothly.
  • Strong ability to navigate the technical landscape of iPhones and iPads, various custom applications, and programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Thrive on autonomy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes.
  • Ability to analyze sales and customer data, draw conclusions, and develop initiatives.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be fluent in English.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality and catering, marketing, sales, or as your own boss is highly preferred.
  • Spanish proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Showcase the premium Red Bull brand using a unique personality.
  • Bring the brand to life at various venues including restaurants, bars, clubs, festivals, and exclusive events.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers and business partners, spreading enthusiasm for Red Bull.
  • Build a personal reputation within the local scene based on industry knowledge and trend awareness.
  • Take full responsibility for On Premise sales and marketing activities in the assigned market.
  • Understand the market, stay updated on trends, and identify new opportunities for Red Bull.
  • Develop and deploy strategies and tools to effectively pitch Red Bull.
  • Strengthen and nurture long-term professional relationships with established customers and create new alliances.
  • Make customer appointments valuable by providing insightful thoughts, astute observations, and strategic considerations.
  • Utilize sales and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial increases in earnings for customers and Red Bull.
  • Surpass previous marketing and sales goals.
  • Take a creative approach to problem-solving and marketing to maintain Red Bull's number one position in the On Premise channel.
  • Negotiate strong, mutually beneficial partnership agreements to build long-term relationships.
