About The Position

This role is for an On Premise Specialist, referred to as a Musketeer, at Red Bull. The position requires an unwavering enthusiasm for the nightlife environment and a passion for the brand. Musketeers are expected to live, work, and breathe the job, demonstrating passion, commitment, and personal conviction. An entrepreneurial spirit is essential for independent work. In return, the role offers a challenging and highly diversified position within an ambitious team.

Requirements

  • Established contacts within the industry, or the ability and desire to make them quickly and smoothly.
  • Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality and catering, marketing, sales, or as an entrepreneur is highly preferred.
  • Strong ability to navigate the technical landscape of iPhones and iPads, various custom applications, and programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Thrive on autonomy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes.
  • Ability to analyze sales and customer data, draw conclusions, and develop initiatives.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be fluent in English.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Additional language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Showcase the premium Red Bull brand using a unique personality.
  • Bring the brand to life in various venues including restaurants, bars, clubs, festivals, and private events.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers and business partners, spreading affinity and enthusiasm for Red Bull.
  • Build a personal reputation within the local scene based on extensive industry knowledge and awareness of latest trends.
  • Take full responsibility for On Premise sales and marketing activities in the assigned market.
  • Understand the market thoroughly, stay updated on trends, and identify new opportunities for Red Bull.
  • Develop and deploy strategies and tools for effective sales pitches.
  • Strengthen and nurture long-term professional relationships with established customers.
  • Create new alliances with key influencers and industry experts.
  • Make customer appointments valuable by providing insightful thoughts, astute observations, and strategic considerations.
  • Utilize sales and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial increases in earnings for customers and Red Bull, surpassing sales goals.
  • Employ a creative approach to problem-solving and marketing to maintain Red Bull's leading position in the On Premise channel.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements to build long-term relationships.
