About The Position

This role is for an On Premise Specialist, referred to as a 'Musketeer', at Red Bull. The position requires an individual with an unwavering enthusiasm for the nightlife environment and a passion for the brand. The Musketeer will be responsible for representing the Red Bull brand in various on-premise locations, building relationships with key influencers, and driving sales and marketing activities within their designated market. This role demands an entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to achieving high standards in a challenging and dynamic environment.

Requirements

Established contacts within the industry, and/or the ability and desire to make them quickly and smoothly.
Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality and catering, marketing, sales, or as your own boss is highly preferred.
Strong ability to navigate the technical landscape of iPhones and iPads, various custom applications, and programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Able to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays, and thrive on autonomy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of sales processes.
Ability to analyze sales and customer data, draw conclusions, and develop initiatives offering maximum value for both Red Bull and the customer.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be fluent in English.

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Additional language skills an advantage.

Showcase the premium Red Bull brand using a unique personality.
Bring the brand to life in trendiest restaurants, bars, clubs, festivals, and exclusive events.
Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers and business partners, spreading affinity and enthusiasm for Red Bull.
Build a personal reputation within the local scene based on extensive knowledge of the industry and latest trends.
Take full responsibility for On Premise sales and marketing activities in the market.
Understand the market, stay updated on trends, and identify new opportunities for Red Bull.
Develop and deploy strategies and tools for effective Red Bull pitches.
Strengthen and nurture long-term professional relationships with established customers.
Create new alliances with key influencers and industry experts.
Make customer appointments beneficial by providing insightful thoughts, astute observations, and strategic considerations.
Utilize sales and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial increases in earnings for customers and Red Bull, surpassing marketing and sales goals.
Take a creative approach to problem-solving and marketing to maintain Red Bull's number one position in the On Premise channel.
Negotiate strong, mutually beneficial partnership agreements to build long-term relationships.
