This position is for the 2026-2027 academic year. The role involves planning and implementing a program of study that meets the individual needs, interests, diverse backgrounds, and abilities of students. It includes assisting in establishing curriculum objectives, creating a conducive learning environment, guiding the learning process, employing appropriate instructional methods, assessing student accomplishments, diagnosing learning strengths and weaknesses, counseling with colleagues, students, and parents, and assisting administration in implementing policies. The role also requires planning and supervising assignments for support personnel and volunteers, using appropriate technology, maintaining accurate records, performing Medicaid administrative claims reimbursable activities, adhering to the Code of Ethics, supporting school improvement initiatives, recognizing and acting on indicators of student distress or abuse, and establishing an appropriate testing environment and test security.
