The Music Production Coordinator provides operational, production, and administrative support for performances, events, ensembles, and special programs within the Department of Music. Reporting to the Director of Events, this position coordinates logistical and technical planning for concerts, guest artist residencies, lectures, masterclasses, and other departmental events; supports ensemble operations and touring activities; assists with the management of performance facilities and equipment; and provides administrative and operational support for the Cornell Center for Historical Keyboards (CCHK). Working collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, visiting artists, and external partners, the Music Production Coordinator helps ensure the successful execution of a robust schedule of performances and programs. Responsibilities include event advancement and production coordination, artist hospitality and logistics, equipment and instrument management, student employee supervision, facilities support, financial and administrative coordination, and maintenance of production and operational records.
