About The Position
Assists the Music Department with instrument and equipment inventory and checkout. Maintain database of available instruments, lockers, and keys. Keep record of check-in and checkout process. Communicate regularly with the Music Technical Associate about necessary repairs, supplies purchases, and other ongoing maintenance.
Requirements
- Experience playing an instrument
- Punctual
- Comfortable with Outlook and Teams
- Highly communicative
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Excel
- Web design experience
- Data management experience
Responsibilities
- Instrument and equipment inventory and checkout
- Maintain database of available instruments, lockers, and keys
- Keep record of check-in and checkout process
- Communicate with Music Technical Associate about necessary repairs, supplies purchases, and other ongoing maintenance
- Update out-of-date records (in Excel, as well as new instrument tags)
