This role is often called a road rep. At Kincaid's, you’re more than that. You are a trusted partner to music educators — helping their programs grow, their students succeed, and their lives get easier. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk job. You’ll spend your time in schools, working directly with directors, students, and parents. Kincaid's Music has helped people begin and advance in instrumental music for over 70 years. We partner with band and orchestra directors to help their students succeed — from first rentals to advanced instruments and repairs. Our job is simple: Set up musicians for success.

Requirements

• Have a background in band or orchestra
• Enjoy building relationships and being around people
• Are organized, dependable, and self-driven
• Can manage your own schedule and territory

• Performers who enjoy working with people

Responsibilities

• Visit band and orchestra programs across your territory
• Build strong relationships with music educators
• Help run instrument fittings and parent/rental nights
• Guide students into the right instruments
• Support step-up and upgrade conversations
• Coordinate repairs and solve problems quickly
• Maintain and grow existing school partnerships
• Prospect and add new school accounts
