The Coordinator handles most administrative tasks and responsibilities for the NFL Films Original Music Library and assists team members in the process of music reporting. Responsibilities include handling NFL music production library functions, such as metadata and audio asset deliveries, data analysis and income tracking for NFL-owned copyrights, maintaining internal documents, interfacing with domestic collection agencies and international sub-publishers, composers, co-publishers, licensees, and broadcast partners. The role also involves preparing direct licenses, invoice deliveries, completing annual data-driven projects, maintaining library data, and generating music use reporting, including music cue sheets, within various internal systems. The Coordinator must maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance in music reporting across all NFL Media platforms, review and validate cue sheets for completeness and accuracy before submission to PROs and external clients, and monitor cue sheet workflows to ensure timely and proper documentation of all music used in NFL content. Additionally, the role acts as a liaison between the Original Music Administration team and various internal/external stakeholders to facilitate accurate music reporting, interfaces with the Music Licensing Department for reporting of non-NFL owned music, and communicates with Broadcast Partners and NFL Clubs to exchange music reporting information for NFL-produced content and content airing on NFL-owned and operated platforms.
