Port Discovery Children's Museum, one of the top Children's Museum in the United States and a top cultural institution in Baltimore's Inner Harbor, is seeking a motivated and detailed individual to join our team as our Exhibit Project Coordinator. The Museum provides experiences that ignite imagination, inspire learning, and nurture growth through play. The Exhibit Project Coordinator's key work spans across broad, critical functions for the Exhibits and Facilities Team, including, but not limited to, back-of-house administration, systems management, project management in order to support the exhibit upkeep and new exhibit development, and technology troubleshooting. The successful candidate must be highly organized and dependable, capable of building and maintaining positive internal and external relationships. Primary duties include providing project management and logistical support to the exhibits and facilities department and the museum's staff. Other broad responsibilities include interacting with vendors, artists, and service contractors.
