About The Position
Multi-disciplined consulting firm with an established office is looking to add a talented Senior Municipal Engineer/Project Manager for their St. Paul team. This role involves project management duties, including planning, scoping, budgeting, and QA/QC. The position also requires preparing details, specifications, and bidding documents, assuming client relations duties such as attending council meetings with clients, designing municipal infrastructure projects, mentoring junior staff, and preparing technical reports and regulatory permits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- 5+ years of public works experience
- PE License
- Experience in client and project management
- Must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
Nice To Haves
- Extensive knowledge of regulations/requirements
- Experience with funding and grants available to municipalities
Responsibilities
