We are currently seeking a Full-Time Multisystemic Therapist to join our Multisystemic Therapy Program in Ulster County. Liberty Resources, Inc. is on the lookout for passionate and driven individuals to join us as Multisystemic Therapy (MST) Clinicians! You’ll be working with families of teens (ages 12-17) to tackle tough challenges and create positive outcomes.

As part of our MST team, you’ll receive comprehensive training in an evidence-based model and work closely with families, schools, and service providers to implement solutions that foster:
Improved school attendance and performance
Stronger family relationships
Positive social connections
Reduced high-risk behaviors, such as running away, aggression, stealing, and substance use

Requirements

• A master’s degree in a mental health field (licensed clinician or able to be licensed preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience working with families (community-based work preferred).
• A valid New York driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Limited permits welcome.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with families, schools, and service providers to implement solutions that foster improved school attendance and performance, stronger family relationships, positive social connections, and reduced high-risk behaviors.
• Conduct sessions in families' homes.
• Provide 24/7 phone support to clients.
• Partner with schools, probation officers, and other community members to create holistic solutions for families.
• Utilize a wide range of clinical skills, including cognitive behavioral therapy and family systems theory.
