As a Multisystemic Therapist, you'll serve as member of the multidisciplinary team providing therapeutic services and support to high-risk youth and their families, while delivering direct care services that are: Client-centered Strengths-based Professional and compassionate.

Requirements

Current Iowa License
Masters-level licensed therapist: LMSW, LISW, LMHC-t, LMHC, LMFT-t, LMFT.

Responsibilities

Conducting in-home assessments
Providing community-based treatment
Maintaining thorough documentation
Engaging in proactive collaboration with youth, families, community members, and stakeholders—ensuring full fidelity to the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) model.
