Therapist - Multisystemic Therapist
About The Position
Savio is hiring family therapists to provide Multisystemic Therapy (MST), a scientifically proven treatment model targeting youth aged 12-17 exhibiting delinquent behaviors such as running away, substance use, defiance, aggression, and truancy. Therapists work closely with parents and caregivers, conducting therapy in families' homes and the community to leverage change and prevent out-of-home placement or incarceration. This position provides in-home services for the Denver metro area. MST therapists maintain a small, intensive caseload of 5-6 families and utilize theories such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Behavior Modification, and Structural and Strategic Family Therapies to empower families and break cycles of system involvement. The role requires engaging primary caregivers and key participants in active, change-oriented treatment, with weekly group supervision and expert consultation provided.
Requirements
- Master’s in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy or related field
- Bachelors with extensive experience considered on a case-by-case basis
- DORA registration to provide therapy such as LPCC, MFTC, SWC

Responsibilities
- Maintain small, intensive caseload of 5-6 families.
