About The Position

Saint Mary's Regional Health System is seeking a Multiskilled Technician for the Operating Room. This full-time, day shift position involves cleaning operating rooms, stocking supplies, and transporting patients. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Responsibilities

• Performs basic patient care activities as delegated including monitoring vital signs, taking blood glucose measurements, and recording intake and output.
• Assist patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and eating.
• Reports abnormal assessment findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
• Assists with keeping patient rooms stocked, clean and orderly.
• Performs clerical duties, aligned with nursing station activities.
