About The Position

The Multiskilled Technician (CNA) - Stepdown (IMC) role is a full-time position on the day shift, working a 3x12 schedule from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm. This position is at Havasu Regional Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health. The Stepdown Unit team is focused on genuine care for patients and each other, prioritizing patient safety and well-being through strong teamwork and supportive leadership. Requirements

• Current Arizona state CNA or LNA license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Strong critical thinking skills and sound judgment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-stress environment while taking appropriate action.
• EKG Interpretation required within 90 days of hire.
• Arizona CNA license or LNA license required upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic patient care activities as delegated including monitoring vital signs, taking blood glucose measurements, and recording intake and output.
• Assists patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and eating.
• Reports abnormal assessment findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
• Assists with keeping patient rooms stocked, clean and orderly.
• Performs clerical duties, aligned with nursing station activities.
