About The Position

The Multiskilled Technician (CNA) – Med Surg/ Tele position at Havasu Regional Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, is a full-time night shift role. The unit emphasizes genuine care, patient safety, and strong teamwork, with supportive leadership. The role involves performing basic patient care activities, assisting patients with daily living, reporting patient condition changes, maintaining patient rooms, and performing clerical duties.

Requirements

• Current Arizona state CNA or LNA license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire.
• EKG Interpretation required within 90 days of hire.
• Arizona CNA license or LNA license required upon hire.
• Strong critical thinking skills and sound judgment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-stress environment while taking appropriate action.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic patient care activities as delegated including monitoring vital signs, taking blood glucose measurements, and recording intake and output.
• Assists patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and eating.
• Reports abnormal assessment findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
• Assists with keeping patient rooms stocked, clean and orderly.
• Performs clerical duties, aligned with nursing station activities.
