About The Position

The Leasing Consultant initiates and coordinates all phases of apartment leasing. The primary objective is to assist the Property Manager in generating satisfactory cash flow, compliance with any regulated affordable housing program, positive resident relations and optimal resident retention. The Leasing Agent is responsible for ensuring the delivery of excellent client service.

Requirements

Outgoing, customer-focused, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for real estate and helping people find their perfect home.
Customer-Centric Approach: Loves working with people and has a strong focus on delivering top-notch service.
Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with prospective residents, team members, and management.
Sales Skills: Comfortable promoting and leasing property units while meeting occupancy goals.
Organization & Attention to Detail: Able to manage paperwork, appointments, and schedules seamlessly.
Experience in Leasing or Customer Service: Previous leasing or sales experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Fosters strong relationships with prospective and current residents, delivering exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns promptly.
