This role is 100% customer-facing, with primary responsibilities including generating traffic, leasing units, and providing exceptional customer service to residents. The consultant will manage incoming leads using property management software, respond quickly, and follow up on schedule. They must be knowledgeable about unit availability, pricing, and property information for new prospects, striving to meet and exceed occupancy goals. Familiarity with Fair Housing Regulations is essential, and all tasks must be performed accordingly. The role also involves maintaining knowledge of the local community, participating in resident appreciation events, and fostering a sense of community. Daily tasks include preparing model units and tour paths, serving as the first point of contact for residents, resolving issues, and escalating complex customer service problems to site management. Effective communication with site management and maintenance teams is crucial for resolving noticed issues. The consultant is expected to enthusiastically embrace the company culture, provide a welcoming environment, demonstrate high standards, and ensure the best possible experience for everyone on site. This includes greeting visitors, approaching situations in a friendly and helpful manner, and maintaining a pleasant, professional, and cheerful presence while adhering to the dress code. The consultant should also strive to learn the Assistant Community Manager's role to provide coverage when needed.
