About The Position

Manteca Unified School District is hiring a Multiple Subject Teacher for French Camp Elementary. The district works with families and the community to provide a meaningful, measurable, student-centered program aligned to grade-level standards, prioritizing safety and supporting emerging students. MUSD serves approximately 25,000 students across more than 30 schools in Stockton, Lathrop, Manteca, and French Camp, in settings ranging from rural to urban. The district has over 3,000 staff members and spans approximately 113 square miles in southern San Joaquin County. Applicants must hold a valid Multiple Subject Credential and submit the required materials through their online EDJOIN application. Pre-employment requirements, at the employee’s cost if hired, include TB clearance and fingerprinting. MUSD offers an in-house Teacher Induction Program at no cost and accepts up to 21 years of full-time school experience. Medical-plan expenses may apply.

Requirements

Must hold a valid Multiple Subject Credential.
Submit a letter of interest and resume with the online application.
Submit a valid Multiple Subject Credential, or unofficial transcripts from all colleges and universities attended; transcripts are required for all pre-interns.
Pre-interns must submit a letter from the credential program in which they are currently enrolled.
Provide proof of EL Authorization if it is not embedded in the California credential.
Submit two current letters of recommendation dated within the last 12 months. Letters should be from a current or former principal, assistant principal, department chair, program director, or supervisor. Applicants new to teaching in California should include a letter from a university program supervisor, master teacher, or practicum supervisor.
Credential copy must show subject description, expiration date, and EL Authorization.
TB clearance and fingerprinting are required before employment, at the employee’s cost if hired.
