About The Role: As a Multimedia Storyteller, you’ll bring our company’s core stories to life across a variety of channels. You’ll work closely with our Storytelling Squad and co-workers across the business to concept, create, and deliver visual content that connects with our audience. Your work will play a big role in shaping how people experience our brand, helping build awareness, strengthen trust, and support lead generation and conversion. Here’s a snapshot of what you’d be doing: Creating and delivering visual content, especially video, tailored to different platforms like social media, streaming, and email. Taking content ideas from concept to completion, ensuring each piece is optimized for reach, engagement, and impact. Proactively pitching and developing original story ideas that bring our core messages to life in meaningful ways. Collaborating with the Storytelling Squad and co-workers across teams to support content needs tied to their goals and initiatives. Keeping an eye on competitors and brands outside our industry to stay inspired and bring fresh ideas to the table. Jumping in where needed to support team projects and help strengthen our culture. About You: You have a strong storytelling instinct and know how to bring ideas to life across formats, especially video. You communicate clearly and practically, both in writing and in conversation. You’re comfortable juggling multiple projects and adjusting when priorities shift. You can work independently but also enjoy collaborating with co-workers across teams. You care about the details and take pride in delivering high-quality final work. You bring a customer-first mindset to everything you do. You thrive in a cooperative, team-focused environment. You show up consistently and can be counted on to get the job done. You’re comfortable using basic computer tools and are open to travel as needed.
