The Academic Media Services Office, a division of Undergraduate Medical Education, is seeking a highly motivated, team oriented, and customer service driven individual to join the team. The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Excellent customer service skills that include communicating effectively with end users by email, phone, or in person. Provides individual and group instruction to faculty on the use of the studio classrooms’ technology resources; performs routine maintenance on all classroom equipment to promote high performance reliability; assists presenters in other classrooms and lecture halls with AV and computer equipment. Work closely with the IT Support Tech 3 to provide Core IT services to the students, faculty, and staff, within the MD Program. Perform moderately advanced technological systems support, maintenance, and testing for proper upkeep of systems. Serve as the primary support for the UME Session Capture Systems. Work closely with the primary administrator for Zoom and Mediasite in order to maintain consistency with the management and support of the systems for the MD program. Works closely with the Program Operations Director to plan, produce, shoot, and edit interactive media materials for faculty and staff for use in the UME curriculum. Serve as primary support for the UME Audience Response Systems. Work closely with the MD faculty using either iClicker or Learning Catalytics, in order to maintain consistency with the management and support of the systems. Serve as primary point of contact for the Thinkshare system, to include case building for the Clinical Reasoning Course, account management, system-troubleshooting, point of contact for vendor communications, faculty and student training, etc.
