Beautiful beaches and mild weather await in Eastern North Carolina! WITN is seeking a Multimedia Sales Manager to lead and coach our Media Executives to success. This pivotal role requires an engaged, strategic leader who collaborates well, communicates clearly, and thrives in a high-performing environment. Digital and broadcast sales leadership experience is a plus; a commitment to the Golden Rule and helping others succeed is essential.

Requirements

  • Proven success in digital and broadcast advertising sales.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a positive team environment.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and leadership skills in a fast-paced setting.
  • Able to make decisions quickly, accurately, and calmly, adapting to shifting priorities.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital and broadcast media, including sales management.

  • Digital and broadcast sales leadership experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team by participating in client meetings, reviewing presentations, building executive relationships, and maintaining an active community presence.
  • Own sales targets (revenue/growth) and forecast accuracy.
  • Lead, coach, and performance-manage the sales team.
  • Build and manage pipeline through territory planning, prospecting strategy, KPI management, and CRM hygiene.
  • Manage key accounts, including renewals, upsell/cross-sell, escalations, and retention.
  • Partner with leadership to cultivate and promote a positive, high-performing culture.
  • Drive deal execution, including pricing/packaging strategy, proposals, negotiation, and close plans.
