About The Position

We are a dynamic and multifaceted organization with several businesses under our umbrella, including Millan Enterprises, Millan Foundation, Millan Aviation, The Press, Prime Storage, and Quality Floor Covering. Millan Enterprises started out as a property management company in 1999 in Clarksville, TN. Since then, we have grown our operations and expanded into other cities and states while also broadening the range of services we offer. As we continue to expand—locally and globally—we are seeking a talented Multimedia Production Specialist to join our team at our main office in Clarksville, TN and contribute to our diverse range of enterprises. This role is ideal for someone passionate about scaling businesses, with the ability to take ideas from concept through production and editing, and a strong balance of creative vision and technical expertise. This person will be our lead videographer and photographer for all of our businesses. We’re looking for someone who has an equal passion and skillset in both areas. We’re seeking someone proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar. A major focus for this role is the ability to conduct interviews and craft documentary-style storytelling edits, especially for content related to our nonprofit and our commercial tenants. We’re seeking someone who takes initiative, brings strong problem-solving skills, and is eager to apply their creativity across a range of industries—from real estate and nonprofit work to a coworking environment and beyond.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
At least 2 years of professional experience in videography and photography, either through prior full-time employment or freelancing.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
Ability to conduct interviews and craft documentary-style storytelling edits.
Strong portfolio showcasing work in both video production and photography is essential.
Takes initiative.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Eager to apply creativity across a range of industries.

Responsibilities

Scripting, coordinating, filming, and editing of short form lifestyle and culture videos for our social accounts
Tenant & member highlight videos
Property & community highlight videos
Event promos and highlight videos
Podcasts, including light audio production and mixing
Documentary-style videos
General advertising videos
Training/onboarding videos
Lifestyle & product photography (employee headshots, event coverage, products, etc.)
Real estate photography (interiors, exteriors, aerials, and 3D Matterport tours)
Responsible for ensuring our listings are published to our website, Zillow, etc.
Requires a mixture of office desk work and travel to various locations in Clarksville, TN, and surrounding areas.
Occasional after-hours events will require a marketing presence to capture content and engage with the community.
