About The Position

Requirements

Degree or certification in digital art & design or a similar field preferred
Minimum 3 years of related education or job experience
Strong graphic design portfolio and demo reels showcasing skills and creativity
Proficiency in video editing software, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
Excellent interpersonal skill, and professional verbal and written communication
Able to create engaging, interesting content that accurately represents the MTM brand
Productive independent worker and positive team participant with excellent relationship building skills
Highly organize, with excellent attention to detail and timeliness
Proficient with Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

Experience with WordPress preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

Play a pivotal role in the Advancement Department, working closely with the Marketing Manager to elevate our brand through captivating visuals.
Create high-quality graphics that speak to our public and donor community, using your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
Design and edit an array of content formats—from logos and newsletters to eye-catching social media graphics and videos.
Collaborate with the team and embrace creative conceptualization.
Meet deadlines and uphold quality standards.
Contribute significantly to the Advancement Department’s goals, ensuring our message is communicated effectively and resonates with all who engage with our mission.
