FTI's Multimedia Producer plays a pivotal role in advancing the organization's growing multimedia presence across internal and external communication channels. Serving as the operational hub for multimedia initiatives, this role ensures high-quality content is delivered consistently and effectively. Through strong planning, communication, and process management, the Multimedia Producer helps bring FTI's stories to life while maintaining brand integrity and supporting strategic communication goals. The Multimedia Producer oversees the planning, scheduling, coordination, and operational delivery of high-impact corporate media projects. Success in this role requires strong project management expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities simultaneously. While familiarity with multimedia production is important, this position is not primarily focused on hands-on camera operation, video editing, or post-production work. Instead, the Multimedia Producer facilitates project execution by defining scope, managing resources and timelines, mitigating risks, and guiding cross-functional teams from concept through final delivery and distribution. A positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and team-oriented approach are essential. As part of FTI's Marketing Communications team, this role works closely with creative, communication strategy and cross-functional partners to drive effective storytelling and ensure the compliant, scalable and strategic use of digital assets across the organization. Ideal candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of multimedia project life cycles (scheduling, production, asset review, and delivery) for corporate communications, internal events, customer stories, and marketing campaigns. Will be proficient with enterprise project tracking tools (Smartsheet) and asset review platforms (Frontify). Will have familiarity of video production workflows, formats, and terminology to effectively scope resources and direct technical specialists (hands-on editing or camera operation is not required). Will effectively manage last-minute production changes, scheduling conflicts, resource constraints, and ambiguous project requirements by developing creative solutions and minimizing disruption to project timelines and deliverables. Will have outstanding interpersonal communication skills, with proven ability to interface professionally with executive leadership and manage cross-functional partners under tight deadlines.
