This position works with the department director to create and implement patient-centric marketing campaigns and content that meet the strategic goals of EAMC and specific service lines within the organization. Doing so requires presenting marketing strategies and goals to service line teams and then working with them to fulfill their needs. The person in this role must be able to multi-task as the position requires coordinating, designing and creating marketing materials across multiple channels with a focus on video. They must be able to develop concepts, capture, edit and publish videos to produce impactful content that achieves results. This person works directly with the marketing director to analyze performance data and provide recommendations to leadership for optimization. This person also works with the marketing team to manage the health care CRM system, website, and social media.
