About The Position

This position provides marketing support to the entire marketing team, including proposals, prequalifications, online marketing, marketing collateral, the company store, event planning, career fair and trade show support, and other business and marketing tasks. The role offers a diverse learning experience balanced between task-based and project work. The intern supports core marketing functions, events, business development, recruitment marketing, and content creation across digital platforms and communication channels. The position works between 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday, and requires the ability to work a flexible schedule. Travel is 0%. Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background and drug test.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Currently enrolled in an accredited institution in a marketing- or business-related field.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

Support core marketing functions, including social media, marketing collateral content management, project management, and marketing research and analytics.
Provide event support, including coordinating the distribution and collection of banners and signage, analyzing post-event communications, and assisting with other event needs.
Support business development through proposals and presentations as needed.
Support recruitment marketing through employer branding, public relations, social media, event branding, presentations, and collateral development.
Assist with creating and updating content across digital platforms, websites, communication channels, and other supported technologies.
Provide backup to the marketing team.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
