About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Intelligence Analyst who specializes in Document and Media Exploitation (DOMEX). This analyst will analyze, interpret, and extract actionable intelligence from diverse media sources, including video, audio, and image data. This role supports mission-critical decision-making by transforming multimedia information into structured, actionable insights. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, analytical acumen, and a rigorous approach to data assessment. This customer has a mission-critical initiative to provide the Agency and its partners with actionable intelligence through the comprehensive technical exploitation of digital devices, multimedia content, and diverse data sources. The work centers on delivering timely, technically defensible, and operationally relevant intelligence while maintaining strict asset accountability, high security, continuous technical innovation, and proactive collaboration with customers to ensure the produced intelligence products directly supports strategic, operational, and tactical decision-making requirements. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Multimedia Forensics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Proven experience in DOMEX to include video, audio, and image analysis in an operational or research environment.
  • Strong familiarity with multimedia processing techniques, including machine learning-based recognition, signal processing, and digital forensics.
  • Ability to operate intelligence software tools and GIS platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for concise and accurate reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving capability.
  • Applicant must have and maintain a Top Secret (TS)/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degrees preferred.
  • Certification through the International Society of Forensic Computer Examiners (ISFCE) or the International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists (IACIS) is preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; -or- have Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master’s degree.
  • Knowledge of metadata extraction, deepfake detection, and audio enhancement techniques.
  • Experience with AI or computer vision frameworks e.g., OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch

  • Familiarity with geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) or open-source intelligence (OSINT) methodologies.
  • Prior military, Government, or Intelligence Community (IC) experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Review, process, and analyze video footage, audio recordings, and images from diverse sources for intelligence collection.
  • Identify people, objects, locations, events, and patterns of interest through advanced analytical techniques.
  • Compile findings into clear, actionable intelligence reports, visual summaries, and briefings.
  • Leverage AI assisted image and video recognition tools, audio analysis software, geospatial intelligence platforms, and other specialized analytical applications.
  • Work closely with intelligence teams, field operators, and subject matter experts to provide timely insights.
  • Monitor, detect, and interpret emerging threats or anomalies within multimedia datasets.
  • Ensure that all analysis adheres to relevant legal frameworks, privacy policies, and cybersecurity protocols.
