We are looking for a Multimedia Designer to become the creative engine behind a leading performance-lifestyle apparel company. This role is built for a digital-native creator who can seamlessly blend graphic design with short-form video to elevate a brand’s presence across social and digital platforms. You’ll join a collaborative, fast-moving team where your work will directly influence how the brand is perceived by a global audience. Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Strong illustration and typography skills
  • Understanding of garment construction, print methods, and production constraints
  • Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or CapCut
  • Strong vertical editing instincts with trend awareness and storytelling fluency
  • Solid motion design and animation fundamentals
  • Videography and basic lighting knowledge
  • Ability to create authentic, performance-driven marketing content
  • Creative thinker comfortable working across design, motion, and video
  • Strong collaborator across creative and marketing teams
  • Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Open to feedback, iteration, and performance-informed optimization

Responsibilities

  • Develop original graphic concepts, social assets, and marketing campaign visuals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency and artwork accuracy
  • Prepare clean, production-ready files for digital and print applications
  • Apply a strong understanding of sports culture and athletic and street fashion to elevate creative output
  • Enhance storytelling with pacing, motion, subtitles, effects, and trend-aware audio
  • Ensure platform best practices are applied for maximum visibility and retention
  • Build static and motion assets for web, email, and paid media campaigns
  • Create compelling visuals that clearly communicate product benefits, launches, and key messaging
  • Maintain a consistent and elevated brand presence across all marketing touchpoints
  • Shoot authentic, iPhone-native content that feels modern and culturally relevant
  • Execute quick lighting setups and simple styling for organic marketing moments
