About The Position
To design and develop basic to moderately complex multimedia elements (graphics; animations; audio; video and print) to support employee learning and development initiatives and business unit objectives across the organization. To create courseware to meet business unit training needs and enhance employee learning experience. To provide multimedia services to help deliver key communications and enable greater productivity. Works under the training division of Real Estate Lending.
Requirements
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.
- Must be able to design and develop basic to moderately complex multimedia elements (graphics; animations; audio; video and print) to support employee learning and development initiatives and business unit objectives across the organization.
- Must be able to create courseware to meet business unit training needs and enhance employee learning experience.
