About The Position

The Multimedia Coordinator is responsible for the creation, editing, and execution of multimedia content that supports marketing, brand, and communications initiatives across the organization. This role focuses on hands-on production of video, photography, and visual assets based on creative direction provided by the Creative & Brand Marketing Supervisor. The Multimedia Coordinator does not own creative strategy or messaging but plays a critical role in bringing stories to life through high-quality visual execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in video, photography, or multimedia production
  • Proficiency in video editing and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
  • Familiarity with social and digital video formats
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail
  • Must be a self-motivated self-starter with the ability to work in a team setting and as an individual contributor

Nice To Haves

  • Experience creating short form and long form video content
  • Experience working in service-based or fast-paced environments
  • Experience in production scheduling
