About The Position

Fisher Industries is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and hands-on Multimedia Content Creator (Imaging & Video Specialist, Creative Media Producer, Visual Media Creator, Commercial Photographer & Videographer) to join our Marketing team. This role is responsible for capturing, producing, and editing high-quality visual content-including photography, videography, and drone footage-that tells the story of our people, projects, and brand. The ideal candidate is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This position plays a vital role in visually documenting company projects, supporting marketing initiatives, enhancing brand awareness, and providing compelling content for digital, print, social, and internal communication channels. Heavy travel is required.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in Multimedia, Photography, Videography, Film, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 2+ years of professional experience in photography, videography, or multimedia content creation.
  • FAA Part 107 Drone Certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Heavy travel to job sites and events is needed.
  • Pre-employment drug test required.

  • Camera equipment (DSLR/Mirrorless, audio gear, gimbles).
  • Basic knowledge of color grading
  • Drone operation and aerial imaging.
  • Familiarity with social media video formats and specifications.
  • Basic knowledge of content management systems and digital asset libraries.

Responsibilities

  • Capture professional-grade photography and video of company projects, job sites, events, equipment, people, and culture.
  • Operate drones to collect aerial photography and video in compliance with FAA Part 107 regulations.
  • Plan and execute shoots, including scouting locations, preparing shot lists, coordinating schedules, and managing equipment.
  • Edit photography and video content for multiple platforms using Adobe Creative Cloud and video editing software.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to support campaigns, social media, advertising, website content, recruitment, and internal communications.
  • Assist with creative concept development and contribute ideas for visual storytelling.
  • Organize, archive, and manage photo/video assets in an organized digital library.
  • Ensure timely delivery of content aligned with project deadlines and marketing needs.
  • Attend and document projects, marketing events, trade shows, career fairs, and community events.
  • Travel to active job sites as needed to capture content.
  • Document coordinates of job site, who was onsite and what was being accomplished.
  • Support public relations efforts by providing visual content for media requests, awards submissions, and promotional materials.
  • Stay informed of emerging trends in photography, videography, drone technology, and short-form video.
  • Follow safety protocols when working on job sites.
  • Other duties as assigned.
